Kylie Kelce’s No-Fuss Approach to Packing a Hospital Bag for Baby #4
Kylie Kelce, wife of former NFL star Jason Kelce, is getting ready to welcome baby number four—and she’s keeping her hospital bag simple.
The 32-year-old mom, who is expecting another baby girl, shared her minimalist packing list on the March 6 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast. With just weeks to go until delivery, she joked, “My child’s butt is so far into my lungs that I can’t inflate them fully.”
Kylie Kelce’s Must-Haves for the Hospital
Like many moms-to-be, Kylie has been seeing plenty of hospital bag packing videos on her TikTok For You page. However, her own list has stayed pretty consistent since the birth of her first daughter, Wyatt, now 5.
“In my hospital bag, I pack pajamas—two very stretchy sets—plus my toiletry bag with all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of Dove soap,” Kylie shared. “I also bring a robe for extra coverage and warmth, a going-home outfit, snacks for both me and Jason, slippers, and flip-flops.”
The One Thing She Won’t Pack
Unlike some moms, Kylie skips the makeup bag.
“I’m not taking makeup to the hospital. I’m just not,” she said. “I’ll have Chapstick, and I’ll probably end up with mascara since it’s always in my fanny pack, but that’s it.”
That being said, she understands why some moms choose to do their makeup for the big moment.
“If putting on makeup makes you feel good and more like yourself, go for it,” she said. “But I won’t be doing it. Plus, newborns can only see about 12 inches away—they’re not catching details. They’re going to love you no matter what because you made them.”
Jason Kelce’s Simple Packing List—With One Viral Addition
Kylie also shared what Jason packs for the hospital—keeping it as basic as possible.
“Jason’s bag usually has sleep shorts, a change of clothes, and his toiletry bag. That’s literally it,” she said before adding, “Oh, and he brings a fan.”
Jason’s love for his personal fan went viral during the birth of their third child, Bennett.
“The man loves a fan, and honestly, I get it,” Kylie admitted. “It helps him sleep better, and I don’t want him to suffer. But did I expect him to carry a whole-ass fan to the hospital? Not really. It worked for him, though, so whatever. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if he brings an air mattress this time.”
Despite her playful teasing, Kylie has always praised Jason for being a supportive partner during labor.
“He’s a pro at this point,” she previously said on his New Heights podcast. “Him holding me up helps get that baby out.”
The Kelce Family Prepares for Baby #4
Kylie and Jason, who are already parents to daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, and Bennett, 2, announced in November 2024 that they were expecting their fourth baby girl. Kylie broke the news with a hilarious Instagram post showing her older children’s reactions to the big announcement.
As their family grows, Kylie continues to embrace a practical, down-to-earth approach—both in parenting and in packing for the big day.
